Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: October 28, 2026 · Premium Diamond for Business SPC

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") describes what you may not do with Ditfa, including its AI chat, image and video generation, site builder, publishing and marketing tools. It forms part of our Terms of Service and applies to everything you submit (prompts, files, reference images) and everything you generate, publish or send through the Service.

On this page

  1. 1. Zero tolerance: child safety
  2. 2. Prohibited content and activities
  3. 3. Abuse of the Service
  4. 4. Automated moderation
  5. 5. Enforcement
  6. 6. Reporting violations

1. Zero tolerance: child safety

We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material (CSAM). You must not create, request, upload, store or distribute any sexual or sexualised content involving minors, whether real, fictional, drawn or AI-generated, or any content that grooms, exploits or endangers children. We remove such content immediately, permanently ban the accounts involved and report it to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and to law enforcement where required.

2. Prohibited content and activities

You must not use the Service to create, upload, publish or distribute content, or to engage in activity, that involves:

  • Non-consensual intimate imagery: sexual or nude images or videos of a real person without their consent, including "undressing" or face-swapping real people into sexual content.
  • Deepfakes and deceptive synthetic media: realistic images, video or audio of a real, identifiable person saying or doing things they did not, without their consent, or presented in a way likely to deceive.
  • Impersonation: pretending to be another person, brand, company or public authority, or creating fake reviews, testimonials or endorsements.
  • Harassment and hate: bullying, threats, doxxing, or content that attacks or dehumanises people based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, caste, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability or serious disease.
  • Violent extremism and violence: content that promotes, supports or glorifies terrorism or violent extremist groups, incites violence, or provides instructions for weapons capable of mass harm.
  • Self-harm: content that encourages or instructs suicide, self-harm or eating disorders.
  • Malware, phishing and hacking: creating or distributing malicious code, phishing pages, credential-harvesting forms, or attempting to gain unauthorised access to systems or accounts.
  • Spam and platform manipulation: unsolicited bulk messages, sending email or messages to people who have not consented, fake engagement, or using our publishing and messaging tools in breach of the rules of connected platforms.
  • Illegal goods and services: selling or promoting illegal drugs, weapons, counterfeit goods, stolen data, human trafficking, sexual services or any other illegal goods or services.
  • Fraud and scams: pyramid schemes, deceptive financial offers, fake giveaways or any content intended to defraud people.
  • Intellectual property infringement: content that infringes copyrights, trademarks or other rights, including uploading material you are not allowed to use.
  • Election and civic disinformation: false information about voting procedures, synthetic media of candidates or officials intended to mislead voters, or coordinated influence operations.
  • Sanctions evasion: using the Service from, or on behalf of persons in, comprehensively sanctioned countries or regions, or on behalf of sanctioned persons, or to evade export controls or sanctions laws.
  • Privacy violations: collecting, processing or publishing personal or sensitive data about others without a lawful basis.
  • High-risk decisions without human review: using AI output as the sole basis for decisions about people’s legal rights, employment, credit, housing, insurance, education or medical care.

3. Abuse of the Service

  • Circumventing usage limits, safety filters or content moderation, including through prompt-injection or "jailbreak" techniques.
  • Creating multiple accounts to abuse free plans, trials, referral or creator rewards.
  • Reselling or sharing access to the Service, or scraping it, without our written permission.
  • Interfering with or overloading the Service, or reverse-engineering it except where the law allows.
  • Using the Service to build a competing AI model by extracting outputs at scale.

4. Automated moderation

To keep the Service safe we use automated systems, which may include classifiers provided by our AI partners, to screen prompts, uploads and generated content, together with human review where needed. Requests that appear to violate this policy may be blocked automatically. Moderation is not perfect: if you believe content was blocked by mistake, contact support. You remain responsible for what you create and publish.

5. Enforcement

Depending on the severity and frequency of a violation, we may: remove or restrict content; block a prompt or feature; issue a warning; suspend or permanently terminate the account without refund; and report the matter to law enforcement or the relevant authorities. Severe violations (such as CSAM, non-consensual intimate imagery or malware) lead to immediate termination.

6. Reporting violations

If you see content on Ditfa, including published sites, shared files and link-in-bio pages, that violates this policy, please report it through our report form. For copyright claims, use the copyright form. You can also email foshatidev@gmail.com. For urgent child-safety issues, also contact your local authorities or the NCMEC CyberTipline.
