Last updated: October 28, 2026 · Premium Diamond for Business SPC
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Premium Diamond for Business SPC, a company registered in the Sultanate of Oman and trading as Ditfa ("Ditfa", "we", "us" or "our"). They govern your access to and use of the Ditfa websites, web and desktop applications, APIs and related services (together, the "Service").
By creating an account, purchasing a subscription or otherwise using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these Terms for it. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service
Ditfa is an AI content and marketing workspace. Depending on your plan, the Service includes an AI chat assistant, image and video generation ("Studio"), a website and landing-page builder, documents, spreadsheets and slides, link-in-bio pages and marketing tools such as content planning, social publishing, email and customer-message automation.
Features rely on our own software and on third-party AI model providers. We may add, change or remove features and models over time. If we remove a material paid feature during a paid period, we will offer a reasonable alternative or a pro-rata refund of the affected period.
2. Accounts and eligibility
- You must be at least 13 years old, and at least 16 if you live in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland. If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or legal guardian must agree to these Terms on your behalf.
- You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Notify us promptly at foshatidev@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
- Accounts are personal. Do not share, sell or transfer your account. Team and organisation features let you invite members instead.
3. Subscriptions, payments and billing
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
- Paid plans and one-time purchases (such as credit packs) are listed on our Pricing page. Prices are shown in US dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise. Applicable sales tax or VAT is calculated and collected by Paddle at checkout.
- When you buy through Paddle, you also enter into a purchase agreement with Paddle and Paddle’s terms apply to the payment transaction. We never receive or store your full card details.
- Invoices and receipts are issued by Paddle and sent to the email address used at checkout.
- We may change our prices. Price changes for an existing subscription take effect at your next renewal, and we will notify you at least 30 days in advance. If you do not agree, you can cancel before the renewal date.
4. Automatic renewal and cancellation
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually, as selected) at the then-current price, and the payment method on file is charged, until you cancel.
- You can cancel at any time from your account’s billing settings, through the link in your Paddle receipt email, or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access to paid features until the end of the current billing period.
- Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits any refund or withdrawal rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
- If a payment fails, we may retry it, downgrade your account to the Free plan, or suspend paid features until the balance is paid.
5. Credits, quotas and fair use
- Plans include usage allowances, such as AI messages, AI media generation credits and storage. Allowances are shared across all features of your account and are shown in your account’s usage page.
- Unused monthly allowances do not roll over unless the plan says otherwise. Purchased credit packs remain valid for the period stated at purchase.
- Credits have no cash value, are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for money, except where a refund is required by our Refund Policy or by law.
- We may apply reasonable rate limits and fair-use limits to protect the Service. Automated or scripted use outside our official API is not allowed.
6. AI-generated output
- AI output is generated automatically and may be inaccurate, incomplete, offensive or similar to content produced for other users. You are responsible for reviewing output before you use, publish or rely on it.
- Output is not professional advice (legal, medical, financial or otherwise).
- Output may not be unique. Other users may receive similar or identical output, and we do not guarantee that output is free of third-party rights.
- You must not present AI output as human-made where doing so would be deceptive or where disclosure is required by law or platform rules.
7. Your content and intellectual property
- Your content. You keep ownership of the text, files, images and other materials you upload ("Input") and, as between you and us, of the output generated for you ("Output"), to the extent permitted by law.
- Licence to us. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, copy, process, transmit and display your Input and Output only as needed to operate, secure and improve the Service and to comply with law. This licence ends when you delete the content, except for backups kept for a limited period and content you have published or shared with others.
- Your responsibility. You confirm that you have the rights needed to upload your Input and that your Input and your use of Output do not infringe anyone’s rights or break the law.
- Our property. The Service, including its software, design, templates, trademarks and the Ditfa name and logo, belongs to us or our licensors. Except for the limited right to use the Service under these Terms, no rights are granted to you.
- Feedback. If you send us suggestions, we may use them without obligation to you.
- Copyright complaints. If you believe content on the Service infringes your rights, use our copyright form or email foshatidev@gmail.com.
8. Acceptable use
Your use of the Service must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In particular, you must not use the Service to create or distribute illegal content, sexual content involving minors, non-consensual intimate imagery, deceptive deepfakes, malware, spam or content that infringes intellectual property. We use automated and human moderation and may block prompts or remove content that violates the policy.
9. Third-party services
The Service can connect to third-party services you choose (for example social networks, email providers, Google, GitHub or domain providers). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for them. You authorise us to access and act on connected accounts only as needed to perform the actions you request.
10. Suspension and termination
- You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from your account settings or by contacting support.
- We may suspend or terminate your access, with or without notice, if you materially or repeatedly breach these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, if required by law, or if your use creates a security or legal risk for us or others. Where reasonable, we will tell you why and give you a chance to fix the issue.
- If we terminate your account without cause, we will refund the unused portion of any prepaid subscription.
- After termination your right to use the Service ends. We delete account content as described in our Privacy Policy. Sections that by their nature should survive (such as ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability and governing law) survive termination.
11. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement and uninterrupted or error-free operation. We do not warrant that AI output will be accurate, lawful or suitable for your purposes.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Premium Diamond for Business SPC and its affiliates, officers, employees and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising out of or related to the Service.
Our total liability for all claims relating to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amounts you paid for the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim and (b) USD 100.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud, gross negligence or death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
13. Indemnity
If you use the Service for business purposes, you will defend and indemnify us against third-party claims arising from your Input, your use of Output or your breach of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.
14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. The courts of Muscat, Sultanate of Oman, have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service, except that consumers may also bring proceedings in the courts of the country where they live and keep the protection of the mandatory laws of that country.
Before starting proceedings, please contact us at foshatidev@gmail.com so we can try to resolve the issue informally within 30 days.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If a change is material, we will notify you by email or in the app at least 14 days before it takes effect, unless the change is required by law or addresses a security issue. Continuing to use the Service after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree, you can cancel and stop using the Service.
16. General
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Acceptable Use Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us about the Service. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them to an affiliate or in connection with a merger or sale of assets. The English version of these Terms prevails over any translation.
