Ditfa Provider Program Terms

Last updated: October 28, 2026 · Premium Diamond for Business SPC

These Provider Program Terms ("Provider Terms") apply when you offer an AI model endpoint for sale through the Ditfa Platform marketplace ("Marketplace"). They are an addition to our Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy, which also apply. The Marketplace is operated by Premium Diamond for Business SPC. By applying to the program you accept these Provider Terms.

1. Eligibility and review

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live), have a verified account, and provide accurate identity and contact details. We review every application and every endpoint before it goes live, and may approve, reject, pause or suspend a seller or an endpoint at our discretion, including after it is live.

Payouts require identity verification (KYC). We may ask for additional documents at any time, and may withhold payouts until verification is complete.

2. What you may sell

You may only sell access to models that you host yourself or that you have a written right to resell, for example open-weight models running on infrastructure you control, or your own fine-tuned models.

  • No reselling of third-party API keys. You must not offer access backed by a personal or company account at another AI provider (for example OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, OpenRouter or similar) unless that provider has expressly authorised resale in writing. Endpoints that point at such services are refused.
  • Licences. You are responsible for complying with the licence of every model you serve, including any use restrictions, attribution and commercial-use terms.
  • Accurate listings. Model names, descriptions, context length, capabilities (tools, vision, reasoning) and data policy must be accurate. You must not serve a different or smaller model than the one listed.

3. Customer data and privacy

Requests routed to your endpoint contain customer prompts and may contain personal data. You must declare truthfully whether your endpoint logs prompts and whether prompts are used for training; this is shown to buyers, who can choose to avoid providers that log.

You must process request data only to return the response, keep it secure, not sell or disclose it, not use it to train models unless you have declared that you do, and delete it as soon as it is no longer needed. You must notify us at foshatidev@gmail.com without undue delay if you become aware of a security incident affecting request data.

4. Service quality and usage reporting

Your endpoint must be OpenAI-compatible, available over HTTPS on a public address, and must report token usage accurately. We run automated checks and independently estimate token counts. When reported usage is materially higher than our estimate, we bill the buyer on our estimate and your earnings follow that amount; repeated discrepancies, errors or slow responses may pause your endpoint automatically.

You must not manipulate rankings, generate traffic to your own endpoint to earn money, or interfere with other sellers or the Platform.

5. Prices, commission and earnings

You set your own price per million input and output tokens. Buyers pay your price plus our commission (10% unless we agree otherwise in writing), which is shown to them. Raising the price of a live endpoint sends it back to review before the new price applies.

For each request served by your endpoint you earn your price for the tokens billed. Earnings are first held as pending for 14 days to cover chargebacks, fraud and disputes, then become available. Requests made with your own account earn nothing.

Available earnings can be converted into API credit for your own use (one-way) or withdrawn as a payout. Bought API credit is never withdrawable.

6. Payouts

Payouts are made in USDT to the address you provide (TRC20 or ERC20), with a minimum of $50 per payout and one open payout request at a time. Each payout is reviewed and approved manually. You are responsible for providing a correct address; transfers sent to an address you supplied cannot be reversed.

You are responsible for all taxes on your earnings. We may withhold, offset or reverse earnings that result from fraud, abuse, breach of these Provider Terms, or requests that are disputed or charged back, and may refuse payouts that would breach sanctions or anti-money-laundering laws.

7. Suspension and termination

You may leave the program at any time by pausing your endpoints and requesting a payout of your available earnings. We may suspend or terminate your participation, with or without notice, if you breach these Provider Terms, our Terms of Service or our Acceptable Use Policy, if required by law, or to protect buyers or the Platform. Earnings connected to a breach may be forfeited.

8. Responsibility and liability

You are responsible for the output of your endpoint and for its compliance with law and with model licences. You will indemnify us against claims arising from your endpoint, your models or your breach of these Provider Terms. Our liability to you is limited as set out in our Terms of Service.

We may change these Provider Terms; material changes will be announced in advance and apply to requests served after they take effect. Questions: foshatidev@gmail.com.
