Define the topic through the reader’s question

A useful article answers a specific question. “Artificial intelligence” is a field; “How do I prompt an AI to write a product introduction?” is a workable topic. Before generating a draft, describe what the reader already knows and what they should be able to do after reading.

Ask the model for possible angles, then choose with your audience in mind. A topic connected to your product experience or subject knowledge gives you more room for concrete examples. A long list of headlines is only an input to planning; it still needs priorities, purpose and an editorial judgment.

Establish the structure and evidence first

Create an outline before writing the full article. Each section should answer a supporting question and lead naturally to the next. Remove sections that add no new information. The introduction should explain the problem and the article’s usefulness without several paragraphs of general statements about why the topic matters.

Find a reliable source for technical or statistical claims. Do not ask the model to fill gaps in evidence with invented numbers or quotations. If support is missing, narrow or remove the claim. Label invented examples as instructional so readers do not confuse them with actual customer experiences.

Try this example

Suggest a five-section outline for an article about writing a product introduction. Each section should answer a practical question. Use instructional examples without statistical claims. Before drafting, list the product details I should obtain from its owner.

Edit in three focused passes

First, review accuracy and completeness: does the draft answer the main question? Second, improve the structure and language by removing repetition, clarifying headings and shortening long sentences. Third, check punctuation, spelling and consistent use of names and terminology.

Avoid asking for every improvement through a vague instruction such as “make it more professional.” Specific feedback helps preserve what already works. For example, ask the model to shorten only the introduction or align the headings with the material underneath them.

Make search optimization support clarity

The page title should describe the article’s actual topic. Its short description should tell a prospective reader what they will learn. Use the main topic naturally in the title and body; forced repetition makes the writing harder to read. Organized headings, relevant internal links and descriptive image alt text make the page easier to understand.

Before publishing, inspect the mobile layout, links and cover image. Technical and editorial improvements help make a page understandable, but they do not guarantee a particular search ranking. Ditfa can support ideation, outlining and drafting; final review remains part of the editorial process.

Put it into practice with a real task

Ask a specific question, provide the context and improve the answer one step at a time.
