Give every ad one message
A strong ad usually makes one clear promise: who it is for, which problem it solves and what to do next. Before asking for copy, write down the offer, the audience and the platform limits, such as headline length. The more precise the input, the less generic and repetitive the AI versions become.
Write several versions, but change one thing
Ask AI for several versions with different angles: saving time, saving money, reassurance, urgency and curiosity. In each test change only one element, such as the headline, so the result stays easy to interpret.
Try this example
Write five Instagram ad headlines for a task management app. Each must be 40 characters or fewer and use a different angle: time, cost, reassurance, urgency and curiosity. Audience: new freelancers.
Check the claims and learn from the data
AI may write a number that you never stated. Check every statistic, discount and comparison before publishing, and follow the advertising rules of the platform. After a few days compare the versions by clicks and conversions, and use the winner as the basis for the next test.
Put it into practice with a real task
Ask a specific question, provide the context and improve the answer one step at a time.
