Understand the search intent
Someone who searches for a phrase wants something: to learn, to compare or to buy. Before writing, ask AI to list the questions a reader might have about one phrase. Then compare the result with real search results and with what you know about your audience.
Build the structure before the text
A clear title, a few subheadings that each answer one question and specific examples form the skeleton of a good article. Ask for the outline first, edit it and then write each section. The meta description should be short, honest and an accurate summary of the page.
Try this example
For the phrase “content calendar planning,” create the outline of an 800-word article: one title, five subheadings phrased as questions and one practical example for each section. Do not write the full text yet.
Write for the reader, not the algorithm
Repeating a keyword in every sentence does not raise quality. Accurate information, real examples and a complete answer to the reader’s question do. Before publishing, check facts and sources, add relevant internal links and measure the performance of the page after a few weeks.
Put it into practice with a real task
Ask a specific question, provide the context and improve the answer one step at a time.
